Alex Rhoades is a trans woman alarmingly close to 40 years old who’s doing her part to make the world a better place by creating colorful, surreal, and humorous work that encompasses a variety of media from web to print to wood.
She lives in Portland, Oregon with her partner Bronte where they go on at length about Star Trek and Mad Men and occasionally squeeze in a board game or two. Originally from the Midwest, Alex is still awed by the sight of a mountain - or even a hill - on the horizon.
